RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong Technical and Scheduling Skills:You must be able to manage technician schedules, job assignments, preventive maintenance (PM) plans, engine hours, backlog tracking, and leave rosters--ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in Core Software Tools Competency in Excel(for data tracking and analysis), Word(for documentation and communication), and SAP (for enterprise resource planning and vendor/payment processing) is essential for daily tasks.
Data Analytics and Visualization Expertise:You'll need to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, apply statistical and problem-solving techniques, and present insights through dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions.
Process Discipline and Customer Coordination:Following the QS process and effectively coordinating with customers for PM planning will ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations
1 Year administrative experience
Valid driver's license
Must pass annual medical (fitness certificate)
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
