Administrative Assistants - Work from Home for our U.S. clients.
About GuildSteam:
GuildSteam LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based company that provides high-quality office administrative services to clients across various industries. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Admin Assistants to keep on our system, ready for our clients when they need you.
Most positions are for part-time juniors (always remote), however there could also be full time and senior positions that become available.
Salary: From 1,650 ZAR per week (part time junior) - Paid weekly, gross pay.
Working Hours: From 4 hours per day (part time) during US hours - differs as per client's location.
General admin assistant tasks could include:
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Hiring and HR: Conducting interviews and organizing candidates.
Data Entry: Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling, organizing files, and managing emails.
Additional Duties: Providing support with various office tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing office documents.
Requirements:
-Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
-Previous Admin experience is preferred.
-Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
-Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
-Availability to work during U.S. hours.
-Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
