They are looking for an Administrative Assistant at their Stellenbosch office.

Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or financial role.
  • Relevant degree will be advantageous.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Update of the Livestock Feed division's 'Goods In Transit' (GIT) database:
  • Renewal of policies.
  • Registration of new policies.
  • Registration of new counterparts for the Livestock Feed division.
