Job Title: Personal Assistant for Real Estate Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our real estate team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agent in various administrative and marketing tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in social media and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the real estate agent's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the agent.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Marketing and Social Media:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the agent's online presence.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the agent to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Client Communication:
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing newsletters, market updates, and other client communications.
Listing Coordination:
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of property listings.
  • Coordinate photography and virtual tours for properties.
  • Manage the documentation and paperwork related to property listings.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
