Job Summary Key Responsibilities Capture and process invoices, receipts, and payments Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration Reconcile bank statements and petty cash Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management Support month-end processes and assist with audit preparation Handle general administrative duties related to finance and office operations Liaise with suppliers and internal staff regarding payments and documentation Qualifications & Experience Matric (or equivalent); a certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, finance, or administration is an advantage 1-3 years' experience in an administrative, finance, or bookkeeping role Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Good numerical ability and attention to detail Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and administrative skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Willingness to learn and take direction What We Offer Stable role with on-the-job training and support Opportunity to develop accounting and administrative skills Supportive team environment Competitive salary based on experience
