Minimum 8 years relevant experience preferably in a similar position this includes:
Staff Management
Experience in managing across different departments
In-depth understanding of the Insurance Industry and more specifically experience in the corresponding Compliance; Administration and Sales.
Sales Management planning and forecasting
Business Analyst Skills
Skilled in the overall management of teams to ensure that all processes are consistently adhered to, this includes oversight management of the contractual obligations to meet established turnaround times
Skills in improved efficiency management
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external parties
Excellent Business writing and verbal communication skills
Exceptional IT Skills and Computer literacy to allow for customization of systems and high-level reporting (MS Office proficiency Excel, Email, Word)
Monitor product performance by analysing monthly product growth new business growth vs policy attrition
Reporting same to Directors
Developing and implementing a client retention strategy aligned to product trends
Conceptualise and strategise for new sales ideas; scripts and campaigns
Manage the relevant campaigns along with the administrator
Ensure that all training and assessment material is of a high standard
Ensure that all training is conducted timeously and is of a very high standard
Ensure that all staff involved with advice/selling and administration are fully trained onto the products and have high assessment scores as evidence of such
Work closely with the Product Administrator in the creation of all marketing brochures/flyers/applications and any other required material
Be responsible for creating and managing any social media sites as seen as a requirement in order to increase sales and awareness of the productsSource topics of interest and deliver the information professionally
Ensure that the above activities add value and increase the Companys reputation as a reputable Intermediary with well-administered Products
