Minimum qualification:
Relevant undergraduate degree
Experience:
Three to five years student administrative experience in the higher education environment with two years' managerial experience or demonstrated management potential

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the
Academic Administrator Manager
, you will primarily be responcible for:
Enrolment (access and RPL and exclusion) (academic vetting - admission compliance, 1st level student issue resolution)
+ Resolve escalations
+ QA sampling Student records (document management, moderation process administration, 1st level student issue resolution)
Academic progression planning per individual student (using Natashia's academic planner template)
Graduation verification and alumni administrative support
Condone faculty related passes recommendations to Assessment Board
Capture marks
Collection of remarking and moderation from faculties (assessment related queries)
Process assessment related queries
Management
Leadership
Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management / collaboration
