Job Summary Lodge phone inquiries Quotes and invoices all inquiries Liaising with (clients) companies for conference bookings, group bookings and regular business guests Daily hand over to hostess (front of house) Monthly staff rotation schedule Ordering and payments of housekeeping and kitchen stock Bookings for breakfasts in restaurant Meeting minutes and agendas General communication Registrations of training Payroll (salary payments) Flexible hours Work at the office on Monday and Friday rest work remotely Do need to work on Saturdays Need own transport and laptop At least 2 years experience as an high level administrator Computer skills: Ms office, Google drive, basic design skills.
