We are a retail shop selling 3D, home, office printers, electronics and consumables.
We are seeking an Afrikaans & English speaking, highly organised individual to join our team as an admin and retail assistant. We would need assistance with daily admin, ordering, managing the phones, emails and WhatsApp line and assisting on the shop floor. Someone with similar experience will be required.
Basic Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Managing phone calls, emails and WhatsApp line
Ordering stock
Keeping track of stock levels in store
Managing stock take
Liaising with suppliers
Controlling pricing and ensuring we are price-competitive
Keeping up to date with supplier prices and updating system
Assist with product uploads on our system
Assisting with quotes and invoicing
Assist on the shop floor
Key competencies
Experience in retail and a similar role
Very organised and multitasking abilities
Punctual and has good time management skills
Works efficiently and correctly and has strong admin skills
Take initiative
Able to motivate oneself
Computer literate
Excellent Communication
Hard worker and willing to go the extra mile
Willing to constantly learn about new products

York Street Boulevard, York Street, George
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 08h30 - 17h30. Required to work 2x Saturday a month from 08h30 - 13h00.
