Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Reservations team
Capture and update bookings accurately on the reservations system
Assist with reservation confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
Maintain accurate guest records and filing systems
Support OTA and direct booking administration
Assist with invoicing, confirmations, and basic reporting
Liaise with internal departments to support smooth guest arrivals
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and timeously
Minimum Requirements
Previous administrative experience within a hospitality or reservations environment
Basic understanding of reservations systems (training can be provided)
Strong computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking systems)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude
Between 3 - 5 Years
