We are looking for an Admin & Portfolio Assistant in Kraaifontein to join our team from mid January 2026.
This person will have to be an all rounder to assist with various tasks.
Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays 8h00 to 16h30. Fridays 8h00 to 15h00. Occasional evenings and weekends as may be required.
Minimum requirements (non negotiable):
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English - read, write & speak)
Matric
Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel (non negotiable) and good numeracy skills
3 years experience in an office/admin environment
Continuous work history at the same company for at least 2 years (no "job-hoppers")
Must reside in the Northern Suburbs with a valid drivers license and own reliable transport to work
Good health and presentable with good communication skills as you will be the face of the company
Responsibilities include: 1. General assistant duties to several managers 2. Reception & basic admin 3. Management of maintenance team 4. Administration of tenants 5. Placement of adverts 6. Property viewings & rental applications 7. Insurance claims and other ad-hoc duties.
