An Exciting opportunity has become available for an Admin Manager in our Woodlands Store, Pretoria, Gauteng.
Key Requirements:
- Completed Matric or equivalent qualification (N3 or NQF4)
- Minimum of 3-years in-store retail experience
- Minimum of 3-years experience in back office (receiving and cash)
- Computer literate (MS Word/Excel), including a strong numeric competency
- Proven track record with receiving, dispatching and cash office administration
- Proven track record with customer service (repairs, exchanges, refunds)
- Staff Management experience (2 - 4 people)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities include
- Customer care, staff management, training and development of store team, stock management, cash management, administration and the protection of company assets.
The position is structured with a basic salary, overtime, Medical aid, pension and staff discount.
