About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant who can provide strong support across accounts, office administration, and basic marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, good with numbers, and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise appointments
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with general office support
Accounts Support
Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
Capture and update financial data (e.g., receipts, statements, payments)
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding fees or documents
Assist with monthly account summaries or reconciliations
Work with tools like Sage / Excel (or tools your company uses)
Marketing Support
Assist with creating basic marketing content (emails, posts, flyers)
Work with platforms such as Canva, Brevo, or social media tools
Help update the website or course information (if applicable)
Support digital campaigns (email newsletters, promotions, etc.)
Monitor engagement and assist with data reporting
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Previous admin experience (1 year preferred)
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of accounts or willingness to learn
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable using online tools and social media
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
