Your Role:
Keep our files and documents
spotless and organised
(digital & physical)
Support our agents with
daily administrative tasks
Handle general office duties - data entry, document prep, record updates
Answer calls, take messages, and welcome
clients professionally
Run errands and assist with
vendor quotations & communications
Build
strong relationships with clients
and visitors
Use your
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tech skills
to keep the office running smoothly
Who We're Looking For:
Prior admin experience
Lives in Hartbeespoort
Owns a car & valid driver's licence
Non-smoker
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Eager to learn, follow instructions, and take initiative
Detail-oriented, organised, and multitasking ninja
