MUST currently reside in or very close to Broederstroom. Errand running is a key part of this role.
Own car and valid Code 8 driver's license are essential.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in an administrative role within a
residential estate or construction environment
English as a first language
- excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Must be able to work in a
fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Fast learner
with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Must already live in or near Broederstroom
- no time for relocation or accommodation arrangements

Key Responsibilities Include:
General office admin and daily site documentation
Filing, scanning, photocopying and data capturing
Managing site registers, time sheets, delivery notes and material lists
Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors and site staff
Maintaining compliance records for health & safety files
Drafting basic correspondence, quotations, and reports
Stock control and ordering of office/safety materials
Running errands between suppliers, municipal offices, or sites
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 16:30
Flexibility may be required depending on site needs and delivery schedules
