Key Responsibilities:
 Scanning, renaming, and saving documents to the cloud
 Managing invoicing and ensuring accuracy
 Double-checking orders before processing
 Emailing and calling customers to provide support and updates
 Handling cash-ups and ensuring financial accuracy
 Adding documents and completing tasks on Monday.com
Requirements:
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
 Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
 Experience with Monday.com is a plus
 Prior administrative experience is preferred
