Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and reminders across work and personal domains.
Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure secure handling of confidential clinical information.
Draft and respond to email enquiries professionally on behalf of a Clinical Psychologist.
Coordinate and track tasks using productivity platforms (e.g., ClickUp or similar).
Practice Management
Assist with client billing, invoicing, and follow-up of outstanding accounts.
Support basic bookkeeping functions, including expense tracking and monthly budget monitoring.
Maintain accurate records for accounting purposes and prepare information for the accountant when required.
Assist with SEO improvements and website updates to enhance visibility and functionality.
Personal and Household Responsibilities
Coordinate school and extra-mural calendars, logistics, and communication for two children.
Help source and receive household quotes, place orders, and follow up with service providers.
Assist with occasional personal errands and online purchases.
Systems and Workflow Support
Implement and refine productivity systems to streamline workflow and improve organisation.
Ensure efficient digital storage, naming conventions, and task tracking practices.
Utilise AI-based tools where appropriate to optimise scheduling, admin, and communication processes.
