Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing actuarial team focused on delivering key insights that drive business value through accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support statutory and management reporting processes, including SAM, IFRS 17, and Embedded Value.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of actuarial data and models used for financial reporting.
- Collaborate closely with finance, risk, and other actuarial teams to align assumptions and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of actuarial models and reporting frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and review of junior actuarial team members' work.
- Nearly or newly qualified actuary with 46 years of life insurance reporting experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of IFRS 17, SAM, and embedded value reporting principles.
- Experience with Prophet, DCS, or similar actuarial modeling and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
