What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing:
- Champion the adoption and implementation of IFRS17 across reporting and performance management processes.
- Drive financial forecasting, scenario testing, and explain variances in business performance.
- Provide technical leadership on actuarial reporting metrics and methodologies.
- Collaborate with BSM, IFRS reporting, and planning teams to deliver forward-looking insights.
- Support internal and external audit readiness, policy reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver insights to investor relations teams and contribute to public disclosures.
- Benchmark competitor strategies and continuously enhance reporting frameworks.What Youxe2x80x99ll Need to Succeed:
- FASSA qualification with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- 3+ years in life insurance financial reporting (IFRS, EV, SAM essential).
- IFRS17 project or reporting experience (a strong advantage).
- Background in audit, consulting, or project-based environments preferred.
- Excellent understanding of actuarial modelling, capital reporting, and regulatory standards.Who You Are:
