Job Description
Our client in the telecommunications industry is urgently looking for an Active Directory Specialist to join their team in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the replication of AD Servers MIM Sync for GAL updates Testing, deployment and maintenance of GPOs.
- Liaising with these individuals to complete tasks such as DNS changes or adding new records.
- Promotion of new Domain Controllers (DCs) Repair of non-functioning DC and related incident resolution.
- Patch Management of the DCs Creation of related architectural diagrams.
- Ensuring the replication of AD Servers MIM Sync for GAL updates.
- Ensuring the DNS is updated and configured DHCP architecture and documentation WINS architecture and documentation.
- Maintaining and managing the company's Active Directory environment.
- Manage the Exchange Server environments and ensure that all mailboxes are properly configured with Outlook Anywhere enabled.
- Monitor all Server alerts, notify Support if a problem is detected and investigate further if required.
- In addition to the Technical role within the organization, will also act as part of a wider team which includes other Technicians who perform domain name administration duties (DNS).
- 3 or more years of related experience in an IT Support role/Managing Exchange environment.
- Advance knowledge of different hardware
- Soft Skills & Technical IT Qualification
- Own vehicle is essential.

- R12 000 - 18 000 per month
