What you'll do:
As an activations operations assistant , you'll support the Execution Specialist in managing the planning, logistics, and delivery of promotional campaigns in the region. You will be responsible for assisting with:
Coordination and logistics of in-store, out-store, event, and field activations.
Distribution of training materials and support during training sessions.
On-the-ground support for event setup and breakdown (when required).
Monitoring campaign operations and reporting on performance and outputs.
Recruitment, communication, and motivation of brand ambassadors.
Management of campaign stock and kit distribution with our warehouse team.
Who you are:
You have experience as a brand ambassador/promoter (this is a non-negotiable).
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You're proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes to logistics.
You communicate well over WhatsApp and email and can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are familiar with reporting tools and understand the importance of accurate data.
