Key Responsibilities
Qualification Development
Development of qualifications. Preparation of accreditation applications. Establishment, development and support of team members responsible for curriculum development for accreditation applications. Management of accreditation applications and associated conditions.
Internal Quality Management System
Build institutional awareness and engagement with policies and procedures and models associated with the IQMS. Gather data and prepare reports and action plans. Ensure IQMS aligns with requirements of QAF.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment practices and higher education accreditation processes and structured.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Superior writing skills.
Training and project management.
High levels of computer literacy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education.
Requirements
Postgraduate qualification (preferably at Masters level)
Experience in executing accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education.
* Knowledge of regulatory environment including QAF
