***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
This is a unique and challenging role with a respected, upmarket dealership. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk and Workshop Administrator to assist the Financial Manager in day-to-day tasks. You will be doing Debtors, Creditors, handling and processing bank statements, petty cash, and cash book as well as assisting with workshop costing and job cards. We are looking for a versatile and detail orientated person who is willing to jump in and help where needed. Previous experience in motor dealership accounts is ESSENTIAL. Working knowledge of Pinnacle would be a big advantage, otherwise Evolve, Autoline or similar will be acceptable.
Job Requirements
A Financial Diploma or Degree (beneficial)
At least 3 years of Accounts experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Pinnacle or similar
Stable work history
