Essential Criteria



Quickbooks experience (min 2 years)

Strong admin skills

Read, write and PC skills with word & excel Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Good Communication skills (via telephonic, electronic media)

Good Mathematical ability - Calculations (add/subtract/multiply/division), symbolic

Own transport

DUTIES:



General Office Administration

Data capturing

Payroll duties

Check and Collate Credit Notes

Check and Capture Creditors

Fill in hotel reception duties and other ad hoc administrative duties as requested.

HOURS:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm, work every second Saturday 8 am - 1 pm

MUST LIVE IN HOUT BAY -

Pay: R8000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hout Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Required) * QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
