SUMMARY



The Accounts, Sales and Stock Administrator role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented person with strong administrative skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a systematic approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.

The successful candidate will be:

Process-driven,

Able to manage priorities effectively and meet critical deadlines,

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Be able to communicate clearly with customers and suppliers in both writing and verbally,

DUTIES



Key duties are:

Generation of Sales Quotes based on customer-contracted pricing.

Maintaining of Product data on the ERP System.

Follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders.

Follow up with finance to monitor deposit status.

Finalisation of sales orders on receipt of the deposit.

Monitoring of stock balances, supplier order status and goods in transit.

Preparation of Purchase Orders for the main supplier, if required.

Receipting of Stock on purchase orders.

Generation of delivery notes.

Managing serial numbers on receipts, delivery notes and stock.

Reconciling stock balances, Purchase and Sales Orders.

Obtaining shipping quotes.

Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and couriers, and managing the logistics process.

Stock and order reporting

Attributes:

Professional communication and mail writing skills

Experience

:

5 years of experience in stock and sales administration

Prior experience in Import and shipping

Hold a relevant accounting qualification

Bookkeeping to balance sheet level.
