Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Description
Working in South Africa to the Middle East, our client (who specialises in integrated real estate solutions across large multi-disciplined property portfolios) is looking for an industrious and assertive Accounts Receivable Manager to add to their team, based in Johannesburg North.
You will ensure the efficient collection of monies and control of all debtor accounts, as well as to effectively manage the debtors departments, and collect money on invoices per payment terms within the parameters of the Master Lease Agreement. And overall responsibility of invoicing and collection activities within the department.
Education:
- BCom in Finance/Accounting non-negotiable
- Added Diploma advantageous
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar role (consistently)
- Must come from Telecommunications or Property Management
- Experience working in Leasing department
- Skilled with SAP
- Excel skills should be advanced level
- Hard working personality
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
