Job Description

Our client, a provider of professional business support services and management consultation to the IT Industry is seeking to employ a full time Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall collection and cash application activities and timely management of all AR aging components. The Accounts Receivable Manager will also maintain and improve sustained cash flow through diligent and aggressive monitoring of their customer accounts. You will be responsible for collecting all payments on behalf of the company, supervising the accounts receivable department staff in the organization. Roles and Responsibilities require but not limited to the following:

• Provide effective leadership and supervision of the accounts receivable team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving billing discrepancies as needed.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and manage overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing processes and reduce payment cycles
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, cash flow projections, and financial metrics.
• Conduct trend analyses and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and implement the necessary adjustments.
• Implement and manage effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow.
• Conduct professional collection calls and correspondence with a focus on maintaining positive customer relation

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or in a similar role within the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting software, Accpac or Sage Accounting Systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Internal training associated with competencies:

• Adhere and complete the Company Learning Map issued during the first week of employment to meet the expectation.

• Work-from-office environment.
• Semi-formal dress code.
• Working hours are from 08:00 xe2x80x93 17:00.
• Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal
• Reliable transport to and from the office
