Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?
A dynamic and well-established organisation is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a deadline-driven setting and is passionate about financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the integrity of financial results by maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Accurately record, report, and review all operating expenditures and accruals.
Liaise with internal and external auditors to support an efficient, risk-focused audit cycle.
Verify supplier invoices against receipts and settlements for assigned cost centres.
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Ensure supplier invoices and payments comply with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and support month-end closing processes.
Track operational costs and assist with financial forecasting and planning.

Key Requirements:

Education: National Diploma in Accounting or Finance (Essential).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts payable role, handling high volumes in a pressurised environment.
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong analytical and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
SAP experience.
