An established South African holding company operating within a Shared Services environment is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Controller to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis.
As an Accounts Payable Controller you will responsible for the following:
- Process and prepare cheques for payments
- Obtain necessary payment authorisations
- Match goods received to corresponding invoices and purchase orders
- Capture invoices on a daily basis
- Reconcile supplier statements with company records
Completed Matric (Grade 12)
A bookkeeping qualification will be advantageous
2 - 3 years of relevant accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in a shared services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
