DUTIES:
- Daily Account Payables Reconciliations
- Month end creditor reconciliations, including balance confirmations
- Resolve queries on creditor accounts
- Respond to all supplier enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Allocation of payments against applicable creditor transactions
- Distribution of supplier remittances
- Registration of new suppliers as per Group and Statutory requirements
- Completion of FICA documentation
- Liaise with all internal business owners (e.g. Operations, Traders) to ensure accounts details are accuracy
- Relevant accounting qualification with at least three yearsxe2x80x99 accounting experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Planning, organizing and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining excellent attention to detail and high a degree of accuracy
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the business and within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker with emotional resilience to overcome obstacles
- 08:00 xe2x80x93 17:00 Monday - Friday
