Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Manager with a strong background in logistics to join our team at Timelink Cargo. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing client accounts, optimizing logistics operations, and enhancing overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their logistics needs are met.

- Oversee the logistics process from order to delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service.

- Analyze account performance and implement strategic improvements.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the logistics industry.

- Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
