Job Description

Flender South Africa Sales Department is seeking a proactive and driven Accounts Manager to join our team with a focus on maintaining and growing relationships with clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customers, and meeting sales targets.

:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential high-value clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve and exceed own individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to key clients. Work with the business development team to create and execute strategies for expanding the customer base. Provide ongoing support and consultation to allocated customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Report on sales performance, account status, and market insights to senior management. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Internal sales, Order management, finance, engineering and quality) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Participate in marketing and customer event shows Maintain all sales and customer information on the CRM systems Conduct and facilitate customer product training Required to travel into Africa to develop allocated country Additional duties from time-to-time as prescribe by Line Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent tertiary qualification Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualified Trade tested Fitter would be an advantage Minimum 5 years proven track record in sales, accounts management, or business development within the Industrial Gearbox industry Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Sales forces) and sales tracking tools is a plus. Must live in the

Mpumalanga area. (E.g. Witbank, Lydenburg)
