Experience Required:
8+ years' experience as Accounts Controller Strong experience as Credit Controller Timely collection of outstanding debts Ensuring bad debts are minimized Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments Proficient in MS Office and accounting software Professional and diplomatic approach in dealing with patients Contact clients to ensure timely payments Resolve payment disputes and escalate unresolved issues Negotiate payment plans and ensure adherence Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on discrepancies Allocate payments accurately against customer accounts Resolve accoount queries Debtors' and month-end reports Own vehicle and driver's license Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Analytical and problem-solving mindset Must be a nonsmoker Must be able to start ASAP
Starting Salary:
R20,000 - R25,000 per month (negotiable).
