Accounts Controller CMT Reconciliations
Our Client in the North of Durban. is seeking an Accounts controller for CMT reconciliations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- CMT reconciliations, reconciliation of fabric, trims, outwork and packaging against PPO vs cut figures and delivered units.
- Check for approval to cut for fabric shortage, allocated allowances.
- Check market ratings, updated on sync.
- Ensure all returns captured on Sync prior pmt.
- Process factory deduction for shortages.
- Process factory deductions for any penalties, customer shortages.
- Send factory Remittance and proof of payment.
- Ensure real time capturing of product stock and returns.
- Verifying CMT contract price vs Ppo and invoice.
- CMT forecast for cashflow.
- Ensure that all deliver notes tally up with physical stock prior payment.
- Calculate reject % on orders.
- Recost on finished goods.
- Payments
- Send weekly update to production regarding payments.
- Run month end product stock reports.
- Process supplier invoices and integrate through.
- Check the sample attached on the invoice against sync PO and invoice.
- Check and verify fabric inspection sheets and process deduction if applicable with the relevant supplier.
- Complete supplier reconciliation by the 10th of the month.
- send out supplier remittance,
- send through supplier proof of pmts.
- Isync and quickbooks experience is a bonus.
- Matric and accounting qualifications would be a bonus.
- Must pay attention to details
