Job Description

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 23 years experience in admin, accounts, or bookkeeping (hospitality or retail sector highly advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong Excel, financial reporting, reconciliation, and cash-up management skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, VAT, and PAYE compliance will be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, process daily cash-ups, and perform reconciliations.
  • Manage supplier invoices, petty cash, payment schedules, and creditor processing.
  • Assist with payroll support, monthly management accounts, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee general office administration, contract management, and compliance documentation.
  • Support procurement, stock control, and ensure proper record-keeping across operational areas.
