Accounts And Parts Controller (service Department)
Job Description
As an Accounts and Parts Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our stock, procurement, and financial processes run seamlessly. You'll oversee inventory levels, handle supplier orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate records -- all while delivering outstanding service to our customers and internal departments.
Matric / High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
1-2 Years experience, working in an administrative and/or parts environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in stocktake management, debtors control, and quote evaluation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle urgent or sensitive issues.
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability.
