Key Skills & Requirements:
? Admin qualification/diploma or higher is essential
? Strong administrative skills
? Excellent Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, data accuracy, reporting)
? Efficient in email and general communication - internally & externally
? Confident in speaking with customers and assisting with support & queries
? Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
? Willing to work extra hours when required to meet deadlines
? Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
? Deadline-driven and highly organized
