Our car dealership in Brackenfell has 3 admin vacancies in our Accounts Department to be the administrative support to the accountant and finance manager. Responsibilities, not limited to the following: - Filing - Basic bookkeeping REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge of accountancy and basic skills in bookkeeping - A passion for numbers, accuracy, and skills in calculating figures is vital, as is adeptness at paying attention to detail - Competency in information technology - Excellent team player skills - Ability to prioritise, be discreet, diplomatic, reliable, and trustworthy - Good communication skills - Multitasking, as managing many accounts are affixed to this role - To be available to start immediately. - Candidates MUST reside in the Brackenfell area This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility of a perm contract for 2 of the 3 candidates.
