Overview:

We're a

small, dynamic group of two companies

seeking an

Accounting & Stores Manager

to take full ownership of our finance and stock functions. This is a highly operational role where you'll be hands-on across bookkeeping, financial reporting, stores management, and procurement -- working directly with the CEO.

This is not a cushy position. We're in a

mature start-up stage

, building processes and systems, and we're looking for an

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting: bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, payroll, and financial statements. Oversee stores: ensure physical stock matches the accounting system, supervise a stores clerk, keep stores neat and accurate. Handle procurement: maintain stock levels, manage suppliers, process purchase orders. Build, document, and improve systems, processes, and controls. Report directly to the CEO, with full ownership of the accounting & stores function.
