Accounting & Compliance Manager
Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for an Accounting & Compliance Manager at a dynamic professional services firm based in Centurion!
The main purpose of this role is:
- To support the Managing Partner by managing accounting client relationships, overseeing junior staff, and stepping into audit assignments where needed. The role is ideal for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant or someone post-SAICA articles, looking to fast-track their career by working across multiple clients and disciplines.
We require a candidate with:
Completed SAICA Articles in a dynamic firm (with a balance of accounting, finance, and audit exposure).
Experienced in managing competing tasks and multiple client portfolios.
Strong working knowledge of Xero (or similar) and intermediate Excel (lookups, pivots, analysis).
Confident communicator who can manage clients and explain complex issues clearly.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
