Accounting Consultant – Digital Assets

Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the outsourced Financial Accountant for clients, handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping.
- Prepare journals, management accounts, and conduct income statement and balance sheet reviews.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC processes, and basic regulatory requirements.
- Communicate confidently with clients, external service providers, and international teams.
- BCom Honors in Accounting
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting; exposure to management accounts and full finance function ownership essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems; strong independent working ability; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
- Reliability, accountability, and maturity; self-starter mindset.
- Experience in outsourced finance or client-facing roles.
- Exposure to Web3, crypto, or digital assets.
- Knowledge of Cayman or other international financial governance frameworks.
- Experience handling both fiat and digital asset payments.
