Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as the outsourced Financial Accountant for clients, handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping.
• Prepare journals, management accounts, and conduct income statement and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC processes, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Communicate confidently with clients, external service providers, and international teams.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Honors in Accounting
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting; exposure to management accounts and full finance function ownership essential.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems; strong independent working ability; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Reliability, accountability, and maturity; self-starter mindset.
• Experience in outsourced finance or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or digital assets.
• Knowledge of Cayman or other international financial governance frameworks.
• Experience handling both fiat and digital asset payments.
