Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Clerk located in Umhlanga. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as bookkeeping, relevant statutory submissions as well as creating financial statements. They will also be responsible for using accounting software to perform their duties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors or other managers within the office, or if able, to manager their own clients under the relevant supervision.

Accounting Software and Bookkeeping skills Experience in accounting Ability to create and analyze financial statements Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or in the process of studying towards same
