We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accountant to join the groups finance team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Group Accountant, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance, and supporting the preparation of management accounts.Why Join This Opportunity?

xe2x97x8f Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, debtors, creditors, payroll, and other ledgers
xe2x97x8f Capture books of prime entry and generate client invoices
xe2x97x8f Liaise with banking institutions and process payment uploads
xe2x97x8f Complete and verify statutory returns, including VAT, PAYE, UIF, and SDL
xe2x97x8f Post transactions to the general ledger accurately and timely
xe2x97x8f Prepare trial balances and monthly management accounts
xe2x97x8f Assist in the preparation of year-end audit filesRequirements
xe2x97x8f Relevant qualification and/or strong prior experience in an accounting role
xe2x97x8f Excellent command of English, with Afrikaans proficiency.
xe2x97x8f Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
xe2x97x8f Ability to work independently, take initiative, and function well within a team
