Job Description

Exec-Air Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors is seeking a new multi-skilled Accountant, we are located in the Krugersdorp area.

Responsibilities & duties include (but are not limited to):

-Management of daily cash flow, including debtor and creditor management

-Reconciliation of all General ledger accounts

-Capture transactions in accounting records

-Capture of supplier invoices

-Report for Management of daily figures

-Assist in releasing payments

-Payroll function (prepare payslips, generate IRP5's, EMP201 and EMP501 SARS submissions

-Manage tax calculations and submissions to SARS (IT, VAT, Provisional Tax)

-Generating client invoices

-Following up on outstanding Invoices

-Manage petty cash

-Ensures that all audit queries are addressed timely

-Excellent accounting skills including a solid grasp of taxation for individuals

-Very strong analytical, problem-solving, and an eye for detail

-Strong knowledge of Excel and SageOne
