Job Description
Our client based in George, Western Cape is looking to employ an Accountant Manager to join their team.
Requirements:
- Matric
- +1 year Managerial Experience
- IFRS knowledge for SME's
- MS Office Literate
- VAT and Income Tax knowledge
- B.Com Degree or equivalent in Financial Accounting
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Completed SAICA Articles
- Caseware or Draftworx experience
- Sage or Xero experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Complication of Financial Statements for various clients
- Provisional and Income Tax Calculations
- Continuous on-the-job training
- Deadline driven to ensure that the objectives are met
- Self motivated, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, team working and interpersonal skills
- Detailed reviews on team's work performance
- Client Portfolio responsibility
- Reconciliations of input/output VAT to monthly trial balance
- Must be able to communicate directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
- Strong analytical skills
