Duties:

• Full financial management and statutory reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Preparation of management packs for EXCO and Board.
• Cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
• Oversight of audits and liaison with external auditors.
• Tax compliance and coordination with tax advisors.
• Commercial support to operations and leadership.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting Degree or related qualification
• Chartered Accountant (SA) - CA(SA)
• Registered with SAICA

Experience:

• 3 years post-articles experience
• Exposure to commercial, corporate, or group environments
• Experience working with senior stakeholders

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Commercial acumen and business partnering mindset
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• High attention to detail with strategic perspective
