Job Summary Duties include but will not be limited to:

Financial recording
Financial reporting
Financial analysis
Financial management
Legal and regulatory administration

Education Requirements:

Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting
Registered with a professional body (SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA or CIBA)

Job Requirements and Skills:

5 to 6 years' experience in a financial management focused position
Strong management experience
Mergers and acquisitions experience
Funding and capital raising experience
Sage experience
Strong MS Excel skills
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
