Key Responsibilities:

• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Overseeing supplier processing, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Ensuring VAT compliance, including reconciliations and returns submissions.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Managing tax-related tasks such as provisional and annual tax returns.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Petty cash, debtors and creditors, and bank reconciliations.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Assisting with the preparation of supplier payments (local and international).
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Conducting revenue reconciliations and processing deferred revenue.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Stock adjustments, and inventory reporting.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Managing payroll inputs, commission processing, and inter-company accounts.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Assisting with audit preparation and financial reporting.
• xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting up to trial balance.

Requirements:

• xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f A relevant accounting qualification.
• xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f At least 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Able to manually process and draft accounting functions.
• xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Debtors, creditors and processing experience.
• xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Willing to work in a blue collar environment.
