Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A Master's Degree or CPA designation is highly advantageous
4-8 years hands-on experience in a financial/accounting role within the Industrial or Hospitality sector
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Prepare financial reports to support data-driven decision-making
Ensure that daily employee attendance is accurately recorded via the ERS system
Monitor and analyze departmental budgets for cost optimization
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax laws
Keep asset lists updated and signed off on monthly
Support the preparation and submission of tax returns
